Instructor biography:
Ro Nwosu (nuh-woh-soo) is a creative and inspiring yoga teacher/trainer, speaker and digital creator from the Ottawa/Ottawa Valley area in Ontario. While she's known for being the friendly neighbourhood hype woman, her main focus is bringing people together in ways that shows them their potential, the possibilities and their power through community wellness initiatives, wellness practices and connection.

Description:
The Strawberry Moon does not arrive quietly. She builds, the way a drum pattern finds its groove, the way a community finds its stride. She rises carrying everything that has been fermenting in the dark all year: sweetness arrived, harvest earned and the quiet satisfaction of what has finally come through. This community yoga practice moves the same way. Afrobeat and ancestral rhythm where the breath becomes call, and movement becomes response. Come and honour the moon by building each other and learning how we build ourselves through collaboration. All levels are welcome. Bring a mat or a chair, a friend and your full self.
