Art + Yoga at the Ottawa Art Galery
In partnership with 24Hr Yogapalooza and our amazing volunteer yoga teachers, the Ottawa Art Gallery presents Art + Yoga through 2024.
Each session will be led by a certified yoga instructor who is volunteering their time in support of the OAG, in conjunction with our annual 24Hr Yogapalooza fundraiser for childhood cancer care and research at CHEO.
City of Om - Karma ClassES
This year, we were very excited to have two karma classes at City of Om, Ottawa’s largest health and wellness festival. Kethy Sosso-Kolle will be leading a slow yoga flow class and Giselle Fernandez will be teaching a children's yoga class.
