Yoga is on ongoing resource to help with my recovery, health and overall well-being. The practice of yoga is to fortify our own inner strength so we are then able to help others. I have been teaching since at Yogatown since 2010. I am grateful to be in service of this tremendously important cause and look forward to guiding a practice during the 24hr Yogapalooza event.

Stefanie Campbell

Class: Sunday @ 10:00AM – 11:00AM

Type: Sweat & Surrender, all-levels class blending the best of Vinyasa and Yin yoga

Stefanie has been guiding students through their yoga journeys since 2012, her second year being involved with Yogapalooza, and believes that the practice is more than just feeling good—it’s about building the capacity to stay with yourself, even when things feel hard. Over the past five years, she has expanded her offerings to include Aerial Yoga and Pilates, bringing new dimensions to her teaching. For Stefanie, each posture, breath, and pause in your practice is a micro-training for your nervous system. Can I stay present while sensation rises? Can I breathe even when my mind wants to run? This is the essence of regulation. It’s not about forcing calm but about expanding your ability to move through discomfort without disconnecting from your body. Over time, this deeply personal practice doesn’t just shift what happens on your mat—it has the power to shift your entire life.

Natasha Riddiford

Class: Sunday @ 10:00AM – 11:00AM

Type: Sweat & Surrender, all-levels class blending the best of Vinyasa and Yin yoga

My name is Natasha. I have been in the fitness industry since 2012. I took my Yoga teacher training back in 2019-2020. My last few trainings were online due to the Pandemic. My Yin training happened in the fall of 2020 with a small, masked group. It was not ideal, but life seldom goes according to any exact plan. We usually need to adapt and regroup. I think for me the reason I love yoga and especially Yin is because it allows me to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. Life is messy and that’s okay. Sometimes letting go and breathing is all we need to do. I am so happy to be a part of the CHEO Yogapalooza this year. I look forward to meeting you soon.

Kerry Kotylak

Class: Sunday @ 11:00AM – 12:00PM

Type: Stiff and Cranky Fleetwood Mac (Stretching, movement, mobility to the music of Fleetwood Mac)

Yoga has been an incredible part of my life for years both taking classes and teaching. Originally I was drawn to the athleticism of Power to help me “stay in shape”. After several classes I realized that my nagging pain was going away. I had gained core strength, balance and stability, and I was able to breath better in times of stress. My approach to teaching is to keep it practical, accessible and fun. I teach at Mountaingoat Yoga and Inner Soul Yoga and Cycle.

Kim Leblanc

Class: Sunday @ 12:00PM – 1:00PM

Type: Stretch and Unwind

Kim has practiced every style of yoga for over 20 years. Initially, becoming a certified Ashtanga instructor 10 years ago was for her personal growth only and it wasn’t until last year that she felt truly ready to help guide students along their yoga journey. Starting to teach has given Kim an even deeper understanding of body awareness and the importance of not taking yourself too seriously – especially in Eagle Pose. Kim’s classes bring in the combined flavours of Ashtanga, a taste of Hatha with a hint of Yin.

Andrea Lacey Campell
