24Hr Yogapalooza is a community-based fundraising event for CHEO, focused on childhood cancer research.
Started in 2018, 24Hr Yogapalooza was a live yoga event spanning 24 hours straight. While most people dropped in for some of the time, there were a few dedicated yogis that actually did all 24 hours straight! With the challenges introduced by the global pandemic in 2020 & 2021, 24Hr Yogapalooza went virtual. Since 2022, we have returned to an in-person event and we once again did 24 hours of yoga over 2 days on September 20-21st, 2025 at Sacred Union in Manotick.

8 Years of 24Hr Yogapalooza
24Hr Yogapalooza’s goal has always been to raise as much money as possible for kids with cancer at CHEO. Over the past 8 years, the Ottawa community has shown its big heart and helped us surpass our goals, and last year we once again saw an amazing amount of generosity as we raised money for childhood cancer research. THANK YOU!
In 2025, we returned for our 8th year to a very cool space at Sacred Union in Manotick. With over $650,000 raised over 8 years, all our efforts are focused on maximizing the money raised for childhood cancer research. Thank you to our generous community that once again helped us to help the kids.
