Maureen Schiller

I’m a school teacher turned yoga teacher. I’m a born again yogi. My body fell in love with yoga only five years ago. No wonder, the yoga would have been medicine in my pelvis for a disease I did not know I had. Ten months ago I had a total hip replacement and am now back in Ottawa. My 3:00am class is my debut teaching class here. What I love, what you already know: yoga opens us up to us. I had been teaching hatha yoga for Movati Windsor.

Tiffani Harris

Class: Saturday @ 2:00 pm

Born and raised in Ottawa, I found yoga in my 20’s. Movement has always been sacred to me and I was drawn to the practice on both a mental and physical level. In 2009 I graduated from my first, of what would be many, Yoga Teacher Trainings. This began to steer my life in a direction to what is now become my most fulfilling work.

My draw towards yoga seemed like a natural progression as a practicing Registered Massage Therapist since 2006.

Choosing to be grateful for my struggles and my blessings. Choosing to walk this earth with awareness and genuine love for all beings & Mother Nature. This is the practice of Yoga. It does not just take place on the mat. It is a discipline. A lifestyle.

I love to have fun in my classes. I love to connect to anyone and everyone who shares my path and practice. I will remind you to smile. To soften your energy. To enjoy the moment. Let’s get together and practice yoga.
