My approach to teaching is to keep it practical, accessible and fun. I teach at Mountaingoat Yoga and Inner Soul Yoga and Cycle.

You can expect my classes to make you focus inwards, connect mind and body, and be accessible for all levels. Growing up I’ve had a strong connection with CHEO due to frequent visits for my younger brother who has special needs. Now having a son of my own I have an even greater appreciation for how lucky we are to have such amazing care available so close to home.
